Congratulations to our HYCA (Hoosier Youth ChalleNGe Academy) students for graduating from Class #34 on Saturday. Voluntarily joining the National Guard's 22 week program, these students developed the values, skills, education, and self-discipline to become successful young adults. Our guest speakers were Representative Craig Haggard, Brigadier General Lawrence M. Muennich, and Major General (Retired) R. Martin Umbarger.
