The morning students have officially finished their mini house project! This project gave students the opportunity to apply hands-on skills in framing, construction, teamwork, and problem-solving from start to finish. Great job to everyone involved for the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship shown throughout the build!

Property and Facilities Management students have officially completed their mini house build along with their unit on basic stairs. Students worked hard to build stringers and construct an open riser set of stairs from start to finish!

Today, Fire & Rescue students were visited at the training grounds by the Sulphur Springs Volunteer Fire Chief. Students learned about the value and importance of volunteering in their community, as well as the importance of safety and teamwork in achieving the same goals as career fire departments.


Another great day of hands-on learning! Fire and Rescue students wrapped up their Auto Extrication class today. Huge thanks to NCFD and Neal’s Scrap Metal for helping make this experience possible!

From fingerprint analysis to emergency response training, this isn’t your typical classroom.
