NCCC Welcomes New Staff for the 2025-2026 School Year

The New Castle Career Center (NCCC) is excited to welcome four new team members for the 2025-2026 school year! Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Ron Baker, Whitney Chriswell, Tiffany Winchester, and Zakary Kellogg.

Ron Baker – Instructor, Interdisciplinary Cooperative Education (ICE) Program

Ron Baker joins NCCC as the new Interdisciplinary Cooperative Education (ICE) Program Instructor. He is eager to work with students who are actively engaged in the workplace and help them successfully integrate into the professional world. His experiences range from highly structured environments to those that encourage independence and collaboration.

“My career journey has involved working under numerous supervisors, each with distinct

management styles,” Ron shared. “This experience has provided the skills to help students with their supervisors.”

Whitney Chriswell – Welding Assistant

Whitney Chriswell is excited to step into her role supporting the Welding program. “I look forward to watching the students, building relationships and trust with students and staff, and having fun while learning along with the students.”

Her professional philosophy centers around consistency, dedication, and hard work. Whitney plans to encourage students to show up each day and give their best—lessons she believes are essential both in the workforce and in life.

Tiffany Winchester – Cosmetology Assistant

Tiffany Winchester joins the Cosmetology Program as an assistant instructor, bringing with her a passion for teaching and a specialty in vivid color and color correction. She is excited to help students prepare for their future cosmetology careers and to pass on her technical expertise.

Grateful for the opportunity to join NCCC, Tiffany shares, “Becoming an educator was always something I was interested in, and I can’t wait to see what this year brings.”

Zakary Kellogg – EMT & Fire/Rescue Assistant

A firefighter with the New Castle Fire Department, Zakary Kellogg, will assist in the EMT & Fire/Rescue program. He is looking forward to sharing his professional perspectives and teaching the skills he uses daily in the field.

Zakary plans to draw from his real-world experience to answer students’ questions and prepare them for the realities of emergency service work.

NCCC is proud to have these talented professionals on board, and we look forward to a year of growth, learning, and student success!
