Property & Facility Management

Property Management students will learn basic safety, communication skills, construction skills, materials, and layout. The program will also provide career-related opportunities through on-the-job training with local employers. The students can seek internships or employment in property management, conservation, landscaping, and general repair.  Students will earn Ivy Tech dual credits and the NCCER Certification.

A TYPICAL PROJECT & FACILITY MANAGEMENT STUDENT:

  • Ready for a work-based program

  • Earn certifications and college credit

  • Should be able to  follow directions and work in groups

  • Students are supervised but should be able to work independently
